Job Description
- Handle generalist HR across plant and corporate requirements.
- Manage employee lifecycle, HRMS, payroll, grievances and policies.
- Drive appraisal, training, HR business partnering and statutory processes.
- Support talent, engagement and HR analytics initiatives.
Candidates Required
- 12+ years of HR experience.
- Plastics / thermoplastics / ABS / polymers / composites exposure preferred.
- Strong generalist HR capability across plant / corporate environments.
- Mumbai local candidates preferred.
