Job Description
- Provide financial leadership and decision support to senior management.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyse financial and operational performance.
- Identify cost optimisation, revenue-enhancement and process-improvement opportunities.
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and KPIs.
- Support month-end books closure, business-line P&L analysis and expense tracking.
Candidates Required
- CA or MBA.
- 10+ years in FP&A.
- Strong numerical and analytical capability across multiple datasets.
- Strong commercial understanding and knowledge of operating-cost levers.
- Banking / FinTech understanding and cross-functional execution experience.
