Job Description

  • Build Talent Management and OD strategy.
  • Develop culture, HiPo identification and competency frameworks.
  • Drive leadership development, succession and career mapping.
  • Design and implement organisation-development interventions.

Candidates Required

  • 4–12 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong Talent Management / OD experience.
  • Experience with HiPo, competencies, succession and leadership development.
  • Predominant HRBP, TA, HR Operations or generalist profiles are not suitable.
