- Lead Merchant Services operations for a business unit covering Acquiring and Issuing.
- Provide leadership to the Merchant Services team.
- Drive operational excellence, efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure operational compliance.
- Lead process improvement and automation.
- Manage service channels.
Candidates Required
- 15+ years of Operations Leadership.
- Leadership experience in the Payments domain.
- Strong knowledge of Acquiring and Issuing.
- Merchant Onboarding, Merchant Operations and Merchant Services experience.
- Experience handling large volumes.
- Strong leadership and communication.
