Job Description
- Manage property operations and budgets.
- Oversee capital-improvement execution across properties.
- Define customer-service programmes and QA audits.
- Drive cost reduction and cost control.
- Measure and report property performance across financial and other parameters.
- Develop processes, roadmaps, accountability streams and scalable solutions.
Candidates Required
- Degree in Hotel Management or related discipline.
- 15+ years in the hotel industry.
- Career progression across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Operations, Sales and related functions.
- 4 / 5-star hotel or chain experience preferred.
- Ability to translate client requirements into solutions.
- Strong communication and adaptability.
- Ready to relocate to Mumbai.
