Job Description
- Lead the HR function for the group and support business growth.
- Drive strategic HR initiatives across the organisation.
- Support organisation culture, capability and people priorities.
- Partner with business leadership on HR and operational matters.
Candidates Required
- 15+ years of HR experience.
- MBA preferred.
- Manufacturing HR experience.
- Strong strategic HR and HR operations experience.
- International exposure is preferred.
- Industrial relations should not be the primary area of expertise.
