Job Description
- Lead litigation and regulatory legal matters.
- Manage consumer litigation and Ombudsman complaints.
- Manage litigation reserves, compensation and related financial reporting.
- Handle IRDAI-related matters, legal controls and team leadership.
Candidates Required
- 10+ years of litigation / regulatory experience.
- LLB / LLM from a top law college preferred.
- BFSI / General Insurance experience preferred.
- Strong consumer litigation and regulatory exposure.
- Experience leading legal teams.
